Precognition

Precognition comprises two words, pre and cognition. While pre means before or prior to, cognition means knowledge. Precognition is the psychic ability to have a foreknowledge of the impending events, situations and thoughts even before they actually occur. Precognition is a paranormal power that is based on one or several psychic abilities such as intuition, sixth sense, third eye, clairvoyance, clairaudience, telepathy, mediumship, empathy and so on. Precognition, in short, is an ability to tell the future.

Most of us have this ability and experience it sometimes. But in our case it occurs on its own. We fail to take proper note of it and forget about it. This is the reason why we cannot cultivate it and use it to its full potential.

Psychics, on the other hand, are either blessed with this ability from their birth, or, they cultivate it through practice and meditation under the tutelage of some guru or expert psychic. They, therefore, can tap this ability whenever they choose.
